Ok, so I know I may have some crow to eat now. After all, I did say I was getting out of Internet business, didn't I? But I got a couple ideas. The first idea was that if anyone wanted to take a crash course on Internet marketing, one of the best ways to do so would be to subscribe to searches on YouTube. So I did! On my account, I subscribed to searches like "make money online" and a few others like that. And boy did I get the videos! You wouldn't believe what some people will do to sell their product.
Most of them were easy to discard, promising wealth for free, profits without work. "Just follow our system," they said, "and YOU could be RICH!!!" I don't buy it. The old adage has held true throughout my search, that if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't true.
But one video and one young guy caught my attention, and his name is Avery Berman. Strange name, but he seems like a pretty nice guy. He started his first money-making venture at the age of 13, and now five years later he is apparently doing pretty well. And he did a tutorial video on how one could make money using Blogger, Clickbank, and EzineArticles.com. It not only made pretty good sense, but it was something I KNEW I could do!
So I spent yesterday and today building my system. I now have three blogs on Blogger complete with Adsense ads and Clickbank affiliate links. I'll be posting my devotionals, posting daily scripture readings, and posting movie reviews on the movies I watch.
SO. We'll see how this works. I like the fact that I really don't have to do anything extra once I get all the pieces in place. I was already writing and sending devotionals and the occasional movie commentary. I was already finding and posting daily scripture readings. Now I'll just be including my blog-posting addresses in the send list!
And now we come to the "Great Wall" of Internet marketing - TRAFFIC. The articles are supposed to generate traffic, and while it's something I can do pretty easily, it will still take some time and effort. At any rate, if you're reading this I hope you'll take a look at my Blog List.
